Army ROTC, Military Science and Operations degree programs are only available as electives, and are a great choice for those who want to join the Army.  As an Army ROTC student in your final few years of college, you are committing to complete service with the Army for a period of time.   The choices among Army ROTC, Military Science and Operations students are to serve in the U.S. Army full-time for 3 years, serve in the army full-time for 4 years if you receive a scholarship, or select students may serve part-time in the Army National Guard or U.S. Army Reserves while they pursue a civilian career.
